Warranty And Shipping
Warranty
- Icônes Artistiques Provides 1 year warranty on all the products, from the date of delivery, whereby warranty is excluded for:
- Damages caused directly or indirectly to the products after the delivery, wrong mounting, assembling or usage.
- Faults caused by non-cautions treatment, poor maintenance by Customer, abnormal use or a use of the products contrary to the instructions of the manufacturer.
- Warranty ends if the products have been repaired by non-affiliated third party, use of non-genuine (spare) parts for the repair or if the products are resold.
Upon acceptance of the warranty claim, Icônes Artistiques will repair or replace such defective product. Icônes Artistiques will not refund the price paid for any products.
Shipping
Shipping inside Lebanon
- Icônes Artistiques ships via different carriers. Delivery time (after confirmation) can take up to 10 business days, to most areas in Lebanon.
- Shipping fees will be calculated on the check out of each order.
Shipping outside Lebanon
- Icônes Artistiques provides shipping Outside Lebanon upon request.
- An additional shipping fee will be added to the initial item price, relatively according to each product weight and volume.
